La Quimera is a benchmark for flamenco in Madrid, offering live shows every day in an authentic Andalusian tablao next to the Plaza Mayor. From midnight, the tablao transforms into an improvised party with dancing, sevillanas and rumbas, attracting flamenco lovers until dawn.
