Gastronomic culture

Flamenco and gastronomy are Spanish culture. In 2010 the Mediterranean diet and flamenco were declared Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity at the same time.

The gastronomic offer is another important factor, even fundamental for many of the tablaos flamencos. Each one has its own identity, from tapas of good produce or typical dishes to haute cuisine such as El Corral de la Morería, which proudly boasts its well-deserved Michelin Star. 

 

Accompanying the show with food and drink is part of the natural way of living flamenco in Spain, also in the field of intimate celebrations and gatherings.
