El Corral de la Morería presents a new week of programming featuring Lucía Campillo and Alberto Sellés as the stars of the dance, two artists with distinguished careers in contemporary stage flamenco. Campillo, who trained in dance in Murcia and Madrid, has been a member of the Antonio Gades Foundation and the Spanish National Ballet, while Sellés, born in San Fernando, has developed his own unique style rooted in Cádiz’s flamenco tradition and contemporary choreography.
The singing of Inma “La Carbonera,” Al-Blanco, and Marian Fernández—with Dani Cortés standing in for Inma from the 10th to the 12th—and the guitar of Juan Anguita round out a highly intense program, designed to let audiences experience flamenco up close and with the artistic rigor that defines the Corral de la Morería.
