Rafael de Utrera headlines a new event at the Círculo Flamenco de Madrid with a recital focused on traditional flamenco singing, expressiveness, and direct interaction with the audience. His voice, rooted in a tradition of depth and knowledge of the palos, explores the nuances of a repertoire designed for attentive, unadorned listening at the Teatro Flamenco Madrid itself.

She is accompanied by guitarist Pepe Fernández, whose playing provides the balance and sensitivity necessary for the singing to breathe and find its own space. An intimate evening that continues the Círculo’s mission of bringing together great performers around a flamenco that is accessible, demanding, and experienced through the passion of the aficionados.
