Its regular program is organized around different times of day: flamenco at sunset, designed for those who want to enjoy the show in the early evening; flamenco at dusk, more closely tied to the full dining experience; and late-night performances, conceived as a more festive, nighttime offering linked to the weekend’s musical atmosphere.
