Flamenco in its purest form

All year round
Tablao: Tablao La Carmela

Under the direction of Juan Andrés Maya, La Carmela has established itself as a place where culinary excellence and flamenco coexist in an environment steeped in mysticism and memory. Each evening is structured as a sensory journey that combines the pulse of dance, the power of song, and a musicality that envelops the audience in an intimate and vibrant experience. Its culinary offerings complement this atmosphere with carefully prepared traditional flavors, from acorn-fed cured meats to iconic desserts such as brioche French toast with ice cream. Just a few steps from Puerta del Sol, La Carmela is a must-visit for those seeking an encounter where art, history, and gastronomy come together in a complete flamenco experience.
